Our courses are developed and created by Lucia and Susan, who have extensive experience in providing direct care, managing and supervising staff, and delivering services to those who have lived the experience.

In addition to our hands-on experience, Lucia and Susan have also gained valuable knowledge through working on pilot projects that involve designing, developing, and setting up new services and teams. This experience has equipped us with the expertise needed to ensure that organizations have access to high-quality training that will help each team member and individual reach their full potential.
